Terms of Service
These terms describe the basic rules for using this site and working with SOMA. A signed proposal controls the details of a client project.

Written scope and price
Before paid work begins, SOMA provides a written proposal describing the agreed scope, fixed project price, payment schedule, expected timing, and any recurring or third-party costs. Changes outside that scope require written agreement.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, content, approvals, and access needed for the work.
- Review work and respond within the timing described in the proposal.
- Confirm that you have permission to use the content, accounts, and data you provide.
Ownership
You keep ownership of your business content, customer information, and data. Ownership and permitted use of final project work are described in the written proposal. SOMA keeps ownership of its pre-existing tools, methods, templates, and general know-how.
No guaranteed results
Websites, search setup, follow-up systems, and automation can support a business, but SOMA does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, bookings, or any other business result. Results depend on factors outside SOMA’s control.
Third-party services
A project may depend on services such as Cal.com, hosting, analytics, email, advertising, or other platforms. Their availability, pricing, and terms are controlled by those providers. Any related costs are identified separately when known.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use its content or tools for unlawful activity.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, SOMA is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or lost-profit damages. SOMA’s total responsibility for a paid project will not exceed the amount paid to SOMA for the specific work that gave rise to the claim. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
